Autumn Leaves

Even though it was a Friday night after a very long week, I didn’t go out last night. My reasons listed on and on… I went out the night before, I needed to recoup for today’s football game day, I would rather watch scary movies and sip tea, etc.

While all of this is true (even if scary movies give me nightmares every single time), one of the real reasons for staying in was that the temperatures have suddenly dropped into the forties and I have completely forgotten what to wear out in weather like this. While perusing through Net-a-Porter, my problem was solved: toss any dress on over tights and a turtleneck and voila!

Net-a-Porter’s stylists never cease to inspire me. I feel as though I can recreate 90% of their ensembles with my own closet, even if I would prefer to do it with their Chloe, Luella, Marc, and Mui Mui…

How do you dress up when the temperatures go down?
