Casual Friday

I pulled out my favorite chambray skirt — the easiest, breeziest summertime fabric — for a casual half day of work. As soon as I got home, I logged on to my computer for a long afternoon of writing. I have a big project up this little, uh, short sleeve of mine and while I can’t reveal details yet, I can say that I’ve been spending every waking moment online.

So I swapped my striped top and red waist-cincher with the loosest, comfiest (and, coincidentally, only) T-shirt that I have here in the city, a lovely Marc Jacobs knit that pays homage to my temporary home away from home.
